Shipping and Delivery: If you place your order before 2:00 PM (Mountain), Tuesday – Saturday, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next day. Orders placed on a Sunday will ship on Monday. Free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.
Most free shipping will go out via USPS Ground Advantage. If you prefer a different delivery method, you may opt to pay for your shipping method of choice, at the time of checkout. Local shoppers may opt for store pickup during checkout. Pickups are generally available during store hours; other times can be arranged.
We occasionally take a break, and when we do, we place a notice on the front page of the website! Orders can be placed but the shipping will be delayed until our return.
Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards (via Clover Merchant Services/First Data), PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Afterpay. Our website payment gateways are safe and secure.
Product Information: Product descriptions are provided for each item, click through to get all the details. Crystals and other items are natural and will vary in size, shape, and color. If ordering online, what you receive may vary from the photos. We do our best to keep the images up to date, but the variations are many when sourcing natural products.
Returns and Refunds: We have a no refund policy. However, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Our policy reflects the fact that most items sold in our shop are “usable” products that would not warrant a return if you received what you ordered. If you believe an exception is warranted, please give us a call. The ultimate desire is that you are happy with your purchase.

Order Tracking: After placing an order, the customer will receive an email with the order update. Once the shipping label is created, the system will send the shipping information. Please check your email SPAM folder.
