Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, most items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for eligible returns.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between December 15 and January 14 may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Exceptions

• Sound healing bowls are subject to a restocking fee due to their size and specialized shipping requirements.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Certain items may not be eligible for return for health, safety, or other reasons. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after your return has been received and inspected. Most refunds are issued within 2–7 business days, although your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
